Hedsor House Wedding Photography

Hedsor House is one of the most striking country-house wedding venues within easy reach of London, and we love photographing weddings here. As multi-award-winning documentary photographers with more than fifteen years and a thousand weddings behind us, we bring the same emotional, story-led eye to a grand Georgian mansion in Buckinghamshire as we do to our work abroad. Whether you are planning a glamorous exclusive-use celebration here or comparing it with other UK wedding venues, this page shares why Hedsor works so beautifully on camera, and how we approach the day.

About the venue

Hedsor House is an exclusive-use Georgian mansion set in around 100 acres of parkland on the Buckinghamshire–Berkshire border. The house dates to the 1860s, sits on a hill overlooking the Thames Valley, and is the sort of UK venue that doesn't need much decoration to feel like an event.

Couples take over the whole house for the wedding — eighteen bedrooms, formal reception rooms, a grand staircase and the gardens — so there's no sharing with other guests or events. Ceremonies happen either in the wood-panelled library, the grand hall or out on the south terrace.

Why we love Hedsor House

Exclusive-use venues make a real difference photographically. There's no rush to clear rooms, no negotiating with other parties, and the house feels lived-in for the day rather than rented.

We shot Ian and Jade's glamorous gold-themed wedding here — a long, full day across every part of the building, and the architecture took the same kind of light beautifully at every hour.

Our approach to UK wedding photography

At Beziique we believe great wedding photography goes far beyond technical skill. It is about creating unforgettable experiences and timeless, beautiful pieces of art that capture every moment of your day.

Our style is unobtrusive and documentary — we follow the day as it unfolds rather than staging it, catching the quiet looks and the loud, joyful ones in equal measure. You can see the full breadth of that work in our portfolio, and if you are weighing up other grand country houses we also photograph weddings at Wasing Park in Berkshire and Wotton House in Surrey.

  • How soon will we get our wedding photos?

Your full, hand-edited gallery is delivered in approximately 6–10 weeks. Every image is individually edited in our signature documentary style — we never cut corners on the part that lasts a lifetime.

  • Do you travel to the UK for weddings?

Yes. While much of our work is in Cyprus and Ibiza, the UK is home and we regularly photograph weddings at country houses, barns and city venues across England, including Buckinghamshire. Hedsor House is an easy reach for us, and we are always happy to travel wherever your day is taking place — just let us know the date and venue when you enquire.

  • What's your photography style?

Our style is documentary and emotional — we tell the story of your day as it actually happens rather than directing it. That means relaxed, natural coverage with an editorial eye for light and detail, and very little posing beyond a short, easy session for the two of you. It is an approach honed over fifteen-plus years and more than a thousand weddings, and it suits Hedsor's grand interiors and sweeping grounds perfectly.

  • What makes Hedsor House special?

Hedsor House is a grand Georgian mansion set in around 100 acres of private parkland on the Buckinghamshire–Berkshire border, yet it sits within easy reach of London. Because weddings are exclusive-use, you take over the whole house and grounds for the day — the wood-panelled library, the grand hall, the staircase and the south terrace overlooking the Thames Valley. For photography it is a dream: characterful interiors that hold light beautifully, sweeping views, and complete privacy with no other events sharing the space.
