CYPRUS WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY NISSI BEACH RESORT – Martin and Sarah
Martin and Sarah choose us to cover their Cyprus wedding photography at Nissi Beach Resort in July. It was a beautiful clear day, the sky was a brilliant blue over Nissi Beach Resort. The palms in the grounds gently swayed and the deep scent of flowers filled the air.
First of all, Sarah began her bridal preparations at the hotel’s salon. Hayley made the magic that day for the ladies. She was with her bridesmaids, flower girls and her mum. Her hair was done in an elegant updo, with a cascade of curls down her back. The wedding dress was stunning. A Princess style in a delicate blush pink. The top had a sweetheart neckline and the skirt was ruffled. It had a distinctly vintage feel. Shoes matched with glittering crystal details. A handmade crystal and pearl bouquet completed the look and this was made by the very talented Carol Tilly. The flower girls wore very pretty dresses with a simple top and a skirt consisting of 3D roses. Her mum looked the perfect mother of the bride.
The groom got ready with his entourage and they looked very dashing in blue trousers, waistcoats, and white short-sleeved dress shirts. The lads wore blush coloured ties to complement the theme. The Page boys looked adorable and had a very important duty, ring security.
The Ceremony
The ceremony was held under a gazebo among palms and with the glittering turquoise sea as a backdrop. Vintage styled decorations by Raj and the signature blush colour adorned the space. Also, cream roses and blush chair sashes and gorgeous oversized white balloons filled the grassy area. As Sarah walked down the aisle on her very proud father’s arm, Martin caught his first glimpse of his bride. It was a very emotional moment. The ceremony began and rings and vows were exchanged in front of family and friends. A beautiful “I-do” moment.
They then walked out to guests and got showered in confetti. Sarah and Martin then released doves in a beautiful symbolic gesture. While their guests watched on.
The wedding breakfast was in the Rondavels down by the sea and they also looked stunning in the late afternoon sun. Rose gold and sequinned table clothes, simple and elegant white floral arrangements sat on each table. Their wedding cake was a single layer white cake with companion cupcakes. There was lots of sparkling rose wine, as a result lots of laughter and therefore a lovely time was had by all.
We then snuck the Bride and groom away for a couple shoot on the rocks and beautiful grounds, hidden gates and among the blooms.
Then it was back to the party, with their first dance and Love Lights. Fun, fun, fun! In conclusion, this had been a wonderful day. Most of all, Martin and Sarah would like to thank family and friends especially for sharing their wedding day in Cyprus.
Trash the Dress
A few days later… Time to trash the dress! Up at the Sea Caves in Cape Greco. There were pirate ships, blue water, waves, and also caves. While shooting the colour, fun, and most of all frolics there was so much laughter. A tree of Love and then to end the session, an epic underwater shoot.
We hope you love the slide of their images, we do.
From all at Beziique, we wish Sarah and Martin so much love and happiness for their future together.
